The view from the Grand Tower is fantastic and the lion statues are a nice touch. The staff is super friendly and kept my room exceptionally clean.

The location of the hotel was very central, not far from RTC bus station. My spotless and cheap room came with a bedroom.

My stay here was absolutely amazing. The hotel was fairly clean and luxury, had efficient staff and soundproof rooms. I was there for 5 nights and ate at gourmet restaurant for lunch. Extras like a flat-screen TV, a lounge, and a safe box were appreciated.

The friendly personnel and ideal location near Allegiance Stadium were highlights. Check-in was smooth, and housekeeping staff were incredibly helpful. the long check-in lines and occasional elevator security checks felt excessive. The room, while functional, showed signs of wear, and the hallways were dark and daunting. There was a hefty daily charge just to use the fridge, and no free coffee or tea? A bit much. with so many on-site restaurants and activities, leaving the hotel felt unnecessary. The vibrant atmosphere made up for some of the downsides, and I’d definitely consider a return visit.

The rooms were brand-new and huge, it was clean and big venue. The American breakfast was to die for. Appreciated a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and an individual safe in the room. The staff team was helpful and accommodating. This hotel was located in a central area very close to other casinos, bars, clubs, other casinos.

The first room was a nightmare—horrid smell like rotten eggs, foamy toilet water, and a nasty condom in the hallway. We begged for another room, and only after complaining did they magically find one.

A spacious room after a move, but it came after an AC failure and clogged shower. The restaurants are top-notch, and the monorail station made getting around easy. Staff were genuinely helpful, especially Nelson during our TV issue. no room fridge? Really? Paying extra for late checkout meant nothing when water was shut off, leaving me in a bind. Relocated showers were a challenge, as neither reception nor the spa offered solutions. expect surprise fees for everything. The decor aims for extravagance but falls flat. Cleanliness was also lacking, with a dirty room upon arrival. If you want a polished experience, look elsewhere.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing restful sleep. Temperature control worked well, maintaining a pleasant atmosphere. The noise level was acceptable, though some disturbances occurred from outside. I appreciated the clear advisory regarding the minibar, but it felt excessive. A microwave or fridge would have enhanced convenience. Outdated bathroom fixtures, coupled with a plastic curtain, made showers less enjoyable. Access to coffee in the lobby was inconvenient, especially for a disabled couple. Lastly, the TV placement could have been improved for better viewing angles. Minor adjustments could elevate the experience significantly.

The hotel is super convenient, just steps away from all the action of the bustling city. The variety of food options available on-site made dining a breeze.

Some areas of the hotel could use a bit of attention, such as maintenance in the rooms and better communication among staff regarding guest preferences. The lack of accessibility options for those with chronic pain or disabilities was disappointing, and the overall cleanliness could have been improved to meet expectations.
